Print—An Arkansas circuit court has struck down as discriminatory a 2004 amendment to the state constitution in which voters defined marriage as exclusively between a man and a woman. The decision by Judge Chris Piazza is the latest in a string of federal and state court rulings that have struck down bans on same-sex marriage in conservative states.
